We stand behind our products and services with a 24-hour guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will promptly resolve any concerns.
Substitution Policy
We strive to deliver your sentiments on time and as beautifully as possible. However, due to seasonality and availability, we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of your order.
Fresh Flowers: If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute a similar variety while preserving the arrangement's shape, size, style, and color palette. For single-variety arrangements, we prioritize the flower type over color.
Plants: Similar plants of equal or greater value may be substituted. For unique plants like orchids, we will match the plant type but may adjust the color if needed. Containers will be as similar as possible.
Special Occasions: For time-sensitive events like funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, if specific flowers are unavailable and we cannot reach you, we will substitute to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery Policy
If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the driver may leave the arrangement in a safe place, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to arrange pickup or redelivery.
Delivery Distance & Availability: Same-day deliveries to locations 15 or more miles from our shop may not be available. If we are unable to accommodate same-day delivery, your order will be prioritized for next-day delivery. Please call us to confirm availability before placing your order.
Recipient Maybe Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.
Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Delivery Considerations
We make every effort to accommodate your delivery preferences. During peak holiday periods, specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed. To request a specific delivery time, please specify it in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout.
For orders placed around major holidays, we recommend ordering several days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Funeral Arrangements
Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available.
Delivery to Hospitals
We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Cancellations
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store.
Replacements
Fresh Flowers & Arrangements: If your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace them with a fresh arrangement of equal or greater value. Photos of the flowers may be required for quality assurance.
Plants: If a plant arrives in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement of equal or greater value.
Delivery Issues: If an order is delivered on the requested date but the recipient is unavailable, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please ensure the recipient is available to receive their order.
Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.
